The world of designer Henk Stallinga is familiar, almost logical, but not quite. His work appeals to the cognitive senses, speaking indirectly to give a glimpse of the truth. The basic tenet "form follows function" is subverted as a sponge becomes a vase and a business card a knife and fork.
